From May 23 to 24, 2019, the kick-off meeting of the group standard "code for safety assessment of centrifuge design and manufacturing" (hereinafter referred to as "safety assessment group standard") organized by the separation machinery branch of China Communications Association (hereinafter referred to as "branch") was held in the International Hotel Vienna, Yubei District, Chongqing.

At the meeting, Zhao Hongliang, the Secretary General of the branch, first briefly introduced the preliminary work of the draft unit and the preliminary work of the safety assessment team project. Before the meeting, after the joint discussion and modification by Zhang Jianming, Zhao Yang and Zhao Hongliang, the director general of the branch, preliminarily formulated the preparation structure of the safety assessment team project. At the meeting, Zhao Hongliang introduced the safety assessment to the participants The preliminary framework of the subject matter. The participants put forward many good suggestions on the preliminary framework and relevant contents of the standard.

After discussion, everyone agreed that the group standard belongs to the evaluation standard of certification category, involving many related evaluation contents, some requirements are not easy to quantify, and it takes a lot of effort to ensure the good operation of the standard. Therefore, the formulation of the standard should be based on the full on-site investigation and comprehensive analysis of the enterprise, and the formulation time is relatively long.

At the meeting, it was preliminarily decided that the Secretariat of the branch and Professor Zhao Yang of Hefei University should supplement the existing framework of the standard. In addition to the principle basis and procedure content of evaluation and certification, the relevant content of safety requirements for centrifuge products should be further supplemented, quantified as much as possible, and relevant detailed rules for evaluation and certification inspection should be formulated. The draft of the standard should be submitted before the end of September Draft for internal discussion of the team), and then modify and improve it after full investigation and comprehensive analysis. On the basis of completing the basic coordination within the drafting group, strive to draft the standard draft and relevant materials for comments before the end of December. By the end of April next year, the first draft and relevant materials will be submitted for review, and the review of the branch's standards working committee will be completed by the end of June, and the second draft will be revised and sorted out to be submitted to the standardization management committee of China Communications Association for review.
